Trenton, New Jersey, USA – Monday June 22, 2009: Sustainable New Jersey awarded 0,000 in Green Grants to 14 municipalities. Four communities received grants of ,000: Hardwick, Livingston, Morristown, and Trenton. Ten ,000 grants went to: Asbury Park, Easthampton, Highland Park, Lindenwold, Maplewood, Milltown, Ocean Township (Monmouth County); Somers Point, Summit, and Vineland. The grants were funded by Walmart and recipients were chosen by a blue ribbon panel of sustainability experts.
